The Story

My parents called me every day about their computer. WiFi not working. Printer offline. Something popped up they didn't understand.

I'm an enterprise IT admin. I fix these exact problems across hundreds of Windows machines at work. Then I come home and fix the same problems for my family.

So I built them an app.

Their Windows 10 PC had two problems at once: every network adapter was dead and Windows had booted them into a temporary profile. Desktop blank, files gone, settings wiped. I walked them through 8 manual steps over the phone.

After fixing it, I checked my own product. Found gaps in the diagnostic logic. Shipped the fix before sunrise. That machine would now be fixed with a single click.

Every real-world scenario I encounter, from family support calls to public user feedback, becomes a repair capability in the app. The product gets smarter every week.
